As Miami Beach continues to be at the forefront of desirable locations for both primary-home buyers who make South Florida their permanent residence and second-home buyers looking for a vacation residence on the beach, more prospective condo buyers are eyeing the 13-block long parcel of prime real estate as the place to shop for their future home. “The central location of North Beach, between Bal Harbour Shops, which is minutes to the north, and the entertainment and nightlife of South Beach minutes to the south, is one its the main attractions to buyers in this area.

Beginning at 63rd Street and heading north to the North Beach Town Center at 69th Street, this oceanfront neighborhood’s centerpiece is the famous Deauville Hotel.
